1. Who we are
ShareYourPOV ("we," "us") runs shareyourpov.com, a service for weddings and events that combines digital invitations, RSVP collection, a seat finder and a live guest photo wall. We're based in Florida, USA. You can reach us at [email protected] or by text at 786-220-1208.
2. What we collect from couples and hosts (Clients)
- Account and order details: your first and last name, email address, phone number, event name, event date, the web address you choose for your wall, and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Event setup: the guest list, seating and invitation details you add in your dashboard.
3. What we collect from guests
- Photos and notes guests choose to upload to a wall, and any name or caption they add.
- RSVP responses: name, contact details, whether they're attending, plus-ones, and any dietary or allergy notes they choose to share. These are visible to the Client whose event it is.
- Seat Finder: the name a guest types is used only to look up their table.
4. Contact form and demo sign-ups
If you send us a question or request a demo, we keep your name, email, event type and message so we can reply.
5. Technical information
- Upload logs: to help prevent misuse, we record the IP address and browser type for each upload. Only we can see this, and it is automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Cookies and browser storage: a session cookie keeps Clients logged in. On a wall, your own browser remembers the name you entered, the photos you liked and the photos you uploaded, so you don't have to re-enter them. That information stays on your device.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
6. How we use it
We use this information to run your wall, invitations, RSVPs and seating; to process your order; to send account emails (such as verification and password resets); to reply to your questions; and to keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use guest photos in our own marketing without separate, explicit permission.
7. Who can see it
- Wall content can be seen by anyone with that wall's link or QR code (see our Terms). Clients can add a password after the event.
- RSVP and guest-list details are visible to the Client for that event, and to us for support.
- Service providers we rely on to run the site: our web host and Stripe (payments). They only process data to provide their service to us.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
8. How long we keep it
Wall content, RSVPs and account details are kept for as long as the wall is hosted (see Hosting in our Terms), or until the Client asks us to delete the wall. Upload logs are deleted after 90 days. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
9. Your choices
- Clients can ask us to access, correct or delete their account and wall at any time.
- Guests who want a photo, note or RSVP removed can ask the couple or host, or email us directly and we'll take care of it.

10. Children
ShareYourPOV isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Guests may appear in event photos uploaded by others; a parent can ask us to remove any photo of their child.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let Clients know by email.
