ShareYourPOV provides a private, event-specific page (a "Wall") for a single wedding or event booked by a client ("you," "the Client"). A Wall includes guest photo and note sharing, digital invitations with RSVP collection, and a seat finder that lets guests look up their assigned table. Each Wall is created for one specific event and is not a general-purpose or unlimited photo storage service.
Your Wall allows guests at your event to upload their own photos, post written notes, and submit RSVP responses directly, without our review before they appear. We are not responsible for content guests submit. You are solely responsible for informing your guests about appropriate use of the Wall.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content we believe is illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice. Responsibility for any unlawful or infringing content rests with the guest who uploaded it and/or the Client who invited them, not with us. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from content uploaded to your Wall.
Each purchase covers one Wall for one specific event, as described at booking. It is not a subscription or a license to create unlimited additional walls. We do not permit using a single Wall as general-purpose personal cloud storage unrelated to the booked event.
The service is hosted on third-party infrastructure. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, including during your event. We are not liable for loss or inconvenience from hosting outages, connectivity issues, or other technical failures outside our reasonable control.
No expiration date. Your Wall has no expiry and no renewal fee. It stays online, viewable and downloadable, for as long as ShareYourPOV operates. If we ever need to shut down the service or stop hosting Walls, we will email the Client at the address on the account at least 90 days in advance, so you have time to download everything.
We take reasonable measures to keep content safe and available, but no online service can guarantee against every technical failure, so we do not guarantee error-free data retention. We strongly recommend downloading a full copy of your Wall's photos after your event using the built-in download feature.
Upload windows. Guests can upload from the start of your event date until 7 days afterwards. After that window closes your Wall remains fully viewable and downloadable, but no new uploads are accepted unless we extend it on request.
Before your event. You can log in and upload immediately after purchase. Until your early-access window opens (7 days before your event by default, in your event's time zone) you can add up to 200 photos and notes; after that there's no limit. Nothing you add early is deleted automatically — you can keep it or delete it any time from your dashboard.
Guests retain ownership of the photos they upload. By uploading, a guest grants the Client and us a license to display, store, and allow download of that content within the Wall. We do not use guest content for our own marketing without separate, explicit permission.
A Wall is accessible to anyone who has its specific link or QR code. It's the Client's responsibility to control distribution of that link. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the link being shared beyond its intended audience. Clients may request their Wall be password-protected and/or closed to new uploads after their event.
Client accounts. Clients create a password at checkout and log in with their email address. You are responsible for keeping that password confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Technical logging. To help identify and address misuse, we record the IP address and browser type associated with each upload. This information is visible only to us, is never shown to Clients or guests, and is automatically deleted after 90 days. We also record RSVP responses, including any dietary or contact details guests choose to provide, and make these available to the Client whose event they relate to.

The service is offered as a one-time payment of $59 per event Wall, with no recurring subscription fee. Payments are non-refundable once a Wall has been created and made accessible. We reserve the right to change pricing for future bookings; changes never affect Walls already purchased.
Promotional and complimentary Walls. We may provide Walls free of charge or at a discount for promotional, testing, or partnership purposes. These are provided on the same terms as paid Walls except that no refund can arise, and we may withdraw a complimentary Wall with reasonable notice.
Guests and Clients agree not to use the Wall to upload illegal content, content that infringes another person's intellectual property, harassing or hateful content, sexually explicit content, or any content involving minors that is inappropriate or exploitative in any way. Violation may result in immediate content removal and, at our discretion, termination of the Wall without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the Wall in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a Wall that violates these Terms, without refund. The Client may request their Wall be locked or taken down at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an existing Wall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
